Pre-Departure To-Do List
Together with your parent/guardian, please complete your Student Information Form by Thursday, November 7, 2024. Be sure to enter information exactly as it appears (or will appear) in your passport and select "WLPCS | Taiwan Seminar | March 2025".
This form is only required of students under the age of 18 as of April 1, 2025. The Parent/Guardian Waiver Form ensures that CLI has the necessary consent and information to provide a safe and secure learning environment for all our students.

For various travel logistics and program planning purposes, it is important that we receive an image of your passport’s photo and main information page (i.e., the page with your photo, full name, date of birth, passport number, etc.).
Please use CLI's secure Google Passport Form to upload a scanned copy of your passport by Thursday, November 7, 2024.

Your CLI Program Manager will email you a detailed pre-departure reminders PDF one month prior to your journey that includes packing, weather, money, and health and safety considerations.
Be sure to review all information carefully and feel free to contact CLI with any additional questions you may have.
Mandarin is the official language of Taiwan, and a great selection of free Mandarin learning resources is available online.
