1. (Parents & students) Review Your Program Packet

Please carefully review the Chaminade China Program Packet (link to be added), which includes information you received at your China pre-departure orientation. We will continue to update this document in the months ahead.

2. (Students) Complete Your CLI Enrollment Form

Please complete your Enrollment Form by Friday, January 24, 2025. Be sure to enter information exactly as it appears (or will appear) in your passport and select "Chaminade in China Summer 2025".

4. (Parents) SUBMIT YOUR China PROGRAM TUITION TO Chaminade

Please submit your China program payment to Chaminade by Friday, January 24, 2025.

5. (PARENTS) COMPLETE CLI'S PARENT/GUARDIAN WAIVER

This form is only required of students under the age of 18 as of May 25, 2025. The Parent/Guardian Waiver Form ensures that CLI has the necessary consent and information to provide a safe and secure learning environment for all our students.

6. (Parents & Students) Share traveler INFORMATION FOR International Flights

If you have a certain meal preference or frequent flyer number, please utilize the following form to share this information with CLI by Friday, January 25, 2025. We will then update your round-trip international flight reservation with this information.

7. (Students) Begin or CONTINUE IMPROVING YOUR CHINESE!

Mandarin is the official language of China, and a great selection of free Mandarin learning resources is available online.

Please take time to review and familiarize yourself with each of the resources mentioned in CLI’s online learning resources list.

Additional Program Information

Included in program:

  • Comprehensive pre-departure support
  • All activities and site visits listed in your program itinerary
  • Round-trip international airfare between St. Louis and China
  • 24-hour assistance from CLI's international and local team
