Via Guangzhou

Atterrissez à l’aéroport de Guangzhou Baiyun (CAN), où vous passerez l’immigration et récupérerez vos bagages.
Rendez-vous à la gare de Guangzhou South (广州南站). Vérifiez votre terminal : la navette de l’aéroport dessert les terminaux 2 et 3 jusqu’à 20 h environ, et depuis le terminal 2, vous pouvez prendre le métro ligne 3, puis la ligne 2, en 75 minutes environ.
Les trains à grande vitesse pour Guilin circulent d’environ 6 h 30 à 21 h et mettent de 2 à 3 heures.

西九龙 Xī Jiǔlóng West Kowloon

Via Hong Kong

Atterrissez à Hong Kong (HKG). Les conditions d’entrée y sont propres au territoire : vérifiez celles qui s’appliquent à votre passeport.
Prenez l’Airport Express jusqu’à la station Kowloon, puis suivez les passerelles jusqu’à la gare de West Kowloon.
Arrivez 90 minutes avant votre train pour ne pas avoir à vous presser. Vous quittez Hong Kong et entrez en Chine continentale à l’intérieur de la gare, et le passage de la frontière peut être plus long que prévu.
Trois trains directs par jour desservent Guilin West, à 10 h 02, 11 h 14 et 11 h 52, et le trajet dure un peu plus de 3 heures.

Pour prendre le train de 11 h 52, atterrissez vers 8 h au plus tard. Si vous arrivez plus tard, vous pouvez toujours passer la nuit à Hong Kong, changer de train à Guangzhou South, ou regarder le train direct du soir, qui partait vers 18 h 20 lors de notre dernière vérification.

Avant de réserver

Si vous avez besoin d’un visa, votre To-Do List (Immersion Program ou Study Abroad) explique quand en faire la demande. Nous vous conseillons d’attendre de l’avoir obtenu avant d’acheter un billet d’avion ni modifiable ni remboursable.
Les étudiants de l’Immersion Program arrivent le samedi ou le dimanche précédant leur premier lundi de cours. Les étudiants de Study Abroad peuvent consulter leur To-Do List.
Les billets de train sont mis en vente 15 jours avant le départ ; il est donc normal d’acheter d’abord votre vol. Trip.com est le site le plus simple pour acheter, et vos nom et numéro de passeport doivent correspondre exactement à votre passeport.
Prévoyez au moins quatre heures entre le vol et le train : avec des billets séparés, personne ne changera votre train si votre vol a du retard.
Going home, direct trains to Hong Kong leave around 12:40, 1:45 and 3:45 PM, so an evening flight can work, but a morning flight means a night in Hong Kong. We’ll drive you to the airport or station too, included in tuition.
