CLI 在线课程条款与条件 | 喜爱中文（CLI）

These terms cover CLI Online: one-on-one Chinese lessons taught online by our teachers in Guilin, sold by the Chinese Language Institute, LLC (“CLI”) and paid for in advance as packages of lesson hours. They apply when you buy lesson hours or take a CLI Online lesson. “You” means the student, the parent or guardian who buys lessons for a student, or an organization that buys lessons for its people. Our in-person programs in Guilin have their own Terms and Conditions.

简要说明

你的课时永不过期。
课时不能退款。不过，每个课时包中未用完的课时可以转让给他人一次，也可以用来抵扣桂林线下沉浸式项目的学费。
如需取消或改期课程且不扣除课时，请至少在课程开始前 24 小时告知我们。
如果老师或 CLI 取消或错过课程，不会扣除你的课时。

课时与价格
1. 课时需提前付费，每个课时包至少 5 小时。
2. 每小时的价格取决于你购买的课时数：5 至 19 小时，每小时 $20；20 至 59 小时，每小时 $18；60 至 99 小时，每小时 $17；100 小时及以上，每小时 $16。价格以美元计算。最新价格请见在线学中文页面。
3. 你购买课时包时支付的价格，就是这些课时的价格。以后即使我们调整价格，你已付费的课时也不受影响。
4. 每节课的时长会在上课后从你的课时余额中扣除。你可以随时向我们查询余额。
免费试听课
1. 你的第一节课可以是 30 分钟的免费试听课，每人限一次。试听后不需要购买任何东西。
2. 请至少提前 24 小时申请试听课，以便我们安排老师。
付款
1. You can pay by card through our secure online checkout, including our Enrollment Form. Other payment methods may be available on request. Organizations can be invoiced instead, as explained under Organizations.
2. 你的银行或支付服务收取的任何费用，例如电汇费、国际交易费或货币兑换费，需由你自己承担。
未使用的课时、退款与转让
1. 课时不可退款。课时一经购买，无论是否已使用，我们都不予退款。
2. 你的课时永不过期。在你用完之前，它们会一直保留在余额中，即使你中断学习很长时间。
3. 每个课时包中未使用的课时可以转让一次，转让给朋友或家人等其他人。转让后，这些课时归对方所有，不能再次转让。
4. 你也可以把未使用的课时用来抵扣桂林线下沉浸式项目的学费，按你购买时每小时的价格计算。转让的课时沿用原购买者支付的价格。我们免费赠送的课时，例如额外赠送的课时或作为善意补偿的课时，不具有学费价值。用来抵扣沉浸式项目学费的课时同样不可退款。

Organizations
1. When a company, government body, school or other organization buys lesson hours for its people, the organization is the buyer under these terms, and each person it names is a student.
2. An organization’s hours sit in one balance, and hours it buys for several people in one order count together for the price per hour. For example, 100 hours or more bought for a team in one order are $16 an hour.
3. The organization’s contact can move hours in its balance between its people at any time by telling us. The hours belong to the organization, so they stay in its balance when someone leaves. The once-only transfer rule above doesn’t apply inside an organization’s balance. Hours a student buys for themselves are separate: they don’t count toward the organization’s price, and the organization can’t move them.
4. We can invoice an organization in US dollars, payable by bank transfer or check, not by card. Lessons can start once we send the invoice, and the organization pays on its usual accounts-payable schedule, by the due date on the invoice. The full invoice is owed even if some hours are never used. If it is still unpaid after its due date, we may pause lessons, including ones already booked, until it is paid.
5. Everything else on this page applies to an organization’s hours, including the 24-hour cancellation rule and the rule that hours can’t be refunded.
排课、取消与缺课
1. 课程会在老师的可授课时间内安排，这些时间按中国标准时间（北京时间，UTC+8）设定。CLI 会与你确认每节课的时间。
2. 如需取消或改期课程且不扣除课时，请至少在课程开始前 24 小时告知你的老师或 CLI。
3. 如果你在开课前不足 24 小时取消或改期，或未通知我们就缺课，这节课的时长将从你的余额中扣除。
4. 如果老师或 CLI 取消了课程，或者老师缺课，这节课不会扣除你的课时，我们会和你一起另约时间。
你的老师
1. CLI 会为你匹配一位常驻中国桂林的合格老师。
2. 老师的时间会有变动，所以我们无法保证每节课或整个课时包都由同一位老师来上。如果你想试试其他老师，请告诉我们，我们会看看哪些老师有空。
在线上课
1. 课程在视频平台上进行，首次上课前 CLI 会和你确认使用哪个平台。你需要稳定的网络连接，以及一台可以运行该平台的设备。
18 岁以下学生
1. 如果学生未满 18 岁，购买课时的父母或法定监护人将代表学生接受这些条款。
课堂上的尊重
1. 我们希望学生以及其他参加课程的人都尊重老师。如果老师受到骚扰或辱骂，或者有人分享不当内容，CLI 可能会结束课程，或停止安排课程。
隐私
1. CLI 如何收集、使用和保护个人信息，请见我们的隐私政策。
条款的变更
1. 我们可能会更新这些条款。新版本会发布在本页面，并注明生效日期。
2. 这些条款适用于所有课时，包括新条款发布之前购买的课时。
关于 CLI 与适用法律
1. CLI 在线课程由 Chinese Language Institute, LLC 提供。这些条款适用美国弗吉尼亚州法律。
